Marjan by J. starts as a sophisticated floral perfume, clearly with a woman’s aroma. There is an immediate spark of a clean citrus or fruity note, after which comes an intensely rich bouquet of white flowers like jasmine and lily. Finally, a deep base appears, combining soft musk with a touch of amber.

In all, Marjan gives a cultivated and elegant impression – sweet but not cloying due to a fresh edge that keeps the perfume from becoming overly dense. One can imagine the scents blooming in a sunny garden, which makes it equally appropriate for workdays and night events. There remains a faint, powdery dry down that is modern while being classic.
